By placing an order, the Buyer warrants to JOLSON'S FINE WINES that he or she in in compliance with the laws governing the shipmnent of the goods into his or her state. JOLSON'S FINE WINES AND LIQUORS assumes no responsiblity for goods damaged during shipping. Prices do not include shipping and handling charges, which vary depending on the destination and method of shipment. Acceptance of orders is subject to availabliity. Prices are subject to change without notice and the Company reserves the right to correct errors in pricing. By placing an order with JOLSON'S FINE WINES AND LIQUORS, the Buyer is representing to JOLSON'S FINE WINES AND LIQUORS that he or she is at least 21 years of age and that the person to whom the goods are being delivered is at least 21 years of age. Valid identification of age may be required. If an order is returned for failure to provide proper proof of age, the Buyer is responsible for payment of all return shipping charges. Any wines which are five years or older are purchased at the Buyer's own risk and are not subject to refund or return in the event that the goods are not in potable condition. However, increases in UPS shipping rates and shipping container costs require us to occasionally increase our shipping rates.

Nor does JOLSONS FINE WINES AND LIQUORS ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. However we can still ship wine accessories to the states mentioned above.
